    Project Management

For the arts industry, artists and artistically minded people

LightBolt is (for now) Lauren Bok: a producer, arts administrator and project manager for over 10 years - basically a professional sh*tkicker for the arts and creative industries. She is a one-woman machine of solutions, spreadsheets, and get-sh*t-doneness.

    You might be here because:

    • There's something you don't want to do
    • There's something you want to do but don't know how, or sort of know, or you don't want to learn, or you do want to learn but non-judgementally
    • You just don't have enough time and you need something done
    • You just want a bloody cup of tea and a lie down
I'm here for you. Milk, sugar?

    Here's what I can do

      • Audience and General Public engagement

I love a snappy sentence. The marketing things I like to do are:

      • A mean press release
      • Marketing copy creating and editing
      • Doing photoshoots and finding hero images

“You know when you hit a road in the middle of a project or a gig and you need that speedy, bright, on point piece of work done, without having to basically do it yourself because it takes that long to explain it to someone? Well this is where Lauren comes in!

She is quick, professional, smart and she knows her stuff. And somehow she knows your stuff too.

AND she is a delight to work with”

"Lauren is amazing and I can't recommend working with her highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, and super fun to work with, she's always our first choice as floor manager for all our TGDLive projects and productions. You can pay me in money, but I'm also up for a bit of barter system. Just ask/offer!
